People v. Cox

Plaintiff in error commenced action wherein she sought judgment for damages arising, as she alleges, from the death of Anthony Martin caused by the negligent conduct of the defendant. In the trial court defendants motion for dismissal of the plaintiffs complaint was granted and judgment in favor of defendant accordingly entered.
