Peter Anthony Audano seeks review of his conviction for three counts of committing a lewd and lascivious act upon a child under sixteen years of age in violation of section 800.04(3), Florida Statutes (1991), by committing an act defined as sexual battery under section 794.011(1)(h), Florida Statutes (1991), and one count of committing a lewd and lascivious act upon a child under sixteen years of age in violation of section 800.04(1), Florida Statutes (1991). We agree with the appellant that the trial court erred in admitting Williams Rule evidence, and accordingly, we reverse for a new trial. Because other issues raised have merit and will undoubtedly arise during retrial, we also address the other evidentiary and sentencing issues.
