[T][U] Canez V. Laborers'' International Union Of North America

Frank Canez appeals the district courts grant of summary judgment and costs in favor of appellees, Laborers International Union of North America, et al. Canez claims that his free speech and due process rights under Section 101 of the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA), 29 U.S.C. § 411 (1973), and his due process rights under the Uniform Local Union Constitution, were violated when he was removed from his position as Business Manager/Secretary-Treasurer of Local 383. We affirm.
