Dark Hand from Russia

The Russian mob rules. Igor Oblomov is absolutely ruthless in all of his dealings. High ranking members of the local police department are on the take. A white slavery transaction goes awry. In the process, someones son is murdered and someones daughter is kidnapped. Where does one turn for justice? Ordinary people are thrown into a dark world not of their own choosing.
