Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Contamination Avoidance Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures for Military and Civilian Agencies:  This publication provides tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) for conducting chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) avoidance. This book presents comprehensive TTP for passive and active avoidance measures. Users of this manual will be civilian agencies, non-CBRN person now performing collateral duties as an additional duty CBRN officer and military personnel at the tactical through strategic levels.
