This Navigation Rules book contains a complete copy of the Inland and International Navigation Rules as presented by the United States Coast Guard. In addition, all Notice to Mariners updates to date are incorporated within the text.This edition already includes the revisions added to the online Coast Guard version October 19, 2009.
