The typical trope for a FMG story accedes to the idea that either a man wishes his significant other to grow and a romantic liaison ensues with the newly improved woman or the alternative scenario involves a recently amplified woman exacting revenge against the man who previously insulted her after she has grown. The Christmas Wish strays from this narrative by examining the lives of two young kids who have grown up together with little chance. Can science rush to the rescue as it did with the Covid-19 vaccine and will it have unintended consequences?
