As a person grows into adulthood, I don’t believe that they learn more About themselves as Much as they learn to accept things about themselves. These journals are a small portion of my life, yet a time where e difference in learning and accepting become clear. This was the journal I kept when I entered Kilby Correctional, the processing camp for the Alabama prison system. It’s not here to push a point of view or opinion.
