There are many stretches and therapies out there that can be beneficial for your horse and help with all of these issues. But if you're not having fun doing it and your horse isn't having fun doing it, what is the likelihood that you will do them consistently enough to make a difference?
One of the biggest obstacles I have encountered as an equine massage therapist is getting my clients to do the follow up exercises that their horses need in order to keep them on the right track between massage sessions. Let's face it, most of us have a limited amount of time to spend with our horses, and we'd much rather be playing and having fun with them than doing boring stretches and warm up exercises.
Taking specific games and exercises from the Parelli Natural Horsemanship program, I show you how to zero in on the issues that are holding your horse back, improve performance and your horse's attitude by offering therapies based on the activities that you are already doing with your horse.
