Description

This e-book is meant to serve as a handy reference (on a smart phone, ipad, or laptop) for Radiology residents during their Nuclear Medicine rotation. For this reason, it is not organized by organ systems that you would find in other Nuclear Medicine books.

The most important clinical information regarding any study is summarized in a few pages, for easy reading, understanding, and quick reference. This book is organized into 7 different chapters titled: Cardiac Procedures, PET Procedures, Common Diagnostic Procedures, Uncommon Diagnostic Procedures, Therapy Procedures, Physics Summary Slides, and Sample MCQs.

Short videos have been added to most sections to review the interpretive approach, which includes the description of a normal study with physiological distribution, followed by common patterns of abnormal findings. Dynamic cine and rotating MIP images are a highlight of this book.
