Freelance artist Katy Belington has a contented life with her boyfriend Adam Hyde, until a severe reaction to an insect sting leads to a mental breakdown and her world turns upside down. Now she is told that her outwardly normal existence was a front and in private she was Adam's willing submissive; eager to serve her master and readily aroused by BDSM practices. The Hospital specialises in discreetly treating the ailing sex pets and slaves of wealthy clients in an appropriate manner.
