Camino Books is proud to announce the publication of an updated and expanded edition of Cancer and Vitamin C by Ewan Cameron and Linus Pauling with a new Preface and updated Appendix by Stephen Lawson.
This book (with earlier editions in 1979 and 1993) explains in plain language the nature and known causes of cancer, covering most of its different forms and their usual progression.
Cancer and Vitamin C also weighs the value and limitations of various modes of treatment, including the major ones of chemotherapy, radiation and immunotherapy, as well as a number of less well-known approaches. Cameron and Pauling emphasize the value of supplemental vitamin C as a supportive measure in all cancer treatments.
The value of vitamin C as an adjunct therapy is corroborated by many detailed accounts of cancer patients who have derived varying degrees of benefit from vitamin C. The book includes a last chapter on the prevention of cancer,
offering practical measures that could effectively and significantly reduce the incidence of the disease.
