This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed post-conference proceedings of the First APWeb-WAIM 2017 Workshops, held jointly with the First International Joint Conference APWeb-WAIM 2017, held in Beijing, China, in July 2017. The 25 full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 40 submissions.
