The Great Cat Escape

This is a story for young children based on a real story that happened when the author was growing up.
The girls want a cat of their very own so mom decides that they will get them a cat.
A friend mentions that the newspaper has ads for free pets. So mom finds a cat advertised that is near by. The family drives in their car to pick up a cat from a man who advertised a free cat. There begins the adventure of the, "The Great Cat Escape."
