Description

The Bible Studies for Life: Students Personal Study Guide - ESV helps each participant engage within group and personal Bible study. The Fall 2017 study focuses on:
The Dark Side (Unit 1): God created a world that was very good. However, we chose to rebel and the curse has come upon all creation. There is real evil in the world today, and we experience brokenness in real ways. But there’s good news—God teaches us about our enemy and his weaknesses. He’s given us a plan to defeat the devil, and we can experience victory over darkness! Upstream (Unit 2): The world culture is a strong river raging against God’s way and toward a great fall. It would be easy for us to simply float along, but God calls His people to go against the flow, choosing Christ-centered living in a self-centered world.
Features:
Thirteen sessions: 2 six-week units (The Dark Side; Upstream) and one bonus session the week of Thanksgiving (Trust Filled Prayer). Strong visuals and a conversational tone—each session is built around one central point with background commentary provided. Powerful discussion questions, reflective activities, and cultural connections help students understand and connect with God’s Word.
Great for Sunday School classes, home groups, table groups, or any small group format.

Bible Studies for Life is a series of curriculum for all ages, babies through adults, designed to connect God’s Word to our lives in an intentional way.
