A covering of snow drifts down across a valley in rural China, stirring up feelings in an elderly monk residing in the local temple. Frustrated at his inability to form any lasting relationship with the Tao, he decides to set out for the hermitage on Orange Blossom Mountain, hoping the seclusion will help him achieve his long sought after state of bliss.
