The Art of Policy Debate

This book, the third in a series of Art of Debate textbooks, guides the beginning and intermediate Policy (also known as “Cross-Examination” debater).  Policy debate is the oldest form of debate in the United States. This book is also helpful for the Lincoln-Douglas debater who debates in a more “progressive” format (faster debate style).  The author is a former high-school policy debater and thirty-year veteran policy debate coach.
