Flourish: Women’s Health eBook Series

The purpose of this eBook is to describe the experience of Summa Akron City Hospital in developing and implementing a multi-disciplinary in-situ simulation training program to improve team performance during obstetric emergency scenarios.  Program phases will be outlined using the steps of the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
