This book
constitutes extended papers from the Second International Conference on
Technology in Education, ICTE 2015, held in Hong Kong, China, in July 2015.
The 26 full
papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 41
submissions. They were organized in topical sections named: technology-enabled
learning; mobile learning and ubiquitous learning; open learning and online
learning; institutional strategies, policies and practices; and learning
platforms and advising systems.
