The Belles of Blueberry Lane aren't going to clear the debt anytime soon to their newly inherited blueberry farm by doing what their forebears have done before them, selling fresh farm-gate blueberries at their family roadside stall - especially in the thirty days stipulated in Grandma Belle's will, at which time the farm will go to the highest bidder and the money to the local cat shelter.
A dying blueberry farm, a mountain of debt and developers about to take over the farm – over the newly arrived Belle sisters' dead bodies.
