They are a society of three: a grandmother, a grandson, and his wife. They live harmoniously on a friend’s estate. A plague strikes; it jeopardizes their peaceful existence and challenges their courage and resilience. None among the tight trio and enclave in which they have immersed themselves are quitters; they scrap and fight for themselves and one another.
