When I work with clients on vaping cessation, I include tobacco, cannabis and vaping if needs be. It takes thirty days to quit a habit or establish a new one. You've made one of the best decisions of your life, and you're doing both simultaneously. The brain constructs neural pathways when we repetitively do a 'thing' (a habit, a task) over a long period. A neural pathway is a bio-electrical circuit, and it's hard-wired. Other common examples of useful habits (neural pathways) are cleaning our teeth, riding a bike, driving a car and work skills, etc. The hypnosis will break the negative habit and get you over the line. The hypnosis disconnects the power supply and the electrical current. But! The circuit will always be there, and you need to understand this. There's no such thing as one vape, drag, or draw. It's binary, and it's all or nothing.
