IMPORTANT NOTE: This book was designed in landscape mode. Before start reading it please always remember to rotate your iPad into landscape mode.

As  I always like to remind everybody, this schedule assumes that you have no major health problems, are in reasonably good shape, and have done at least some jogging or walking.
