You might think that censorship is a thing of the past, but youíd be wrong. Today, Twitter in Thailand, blogs in Vietnam and journalism in the Middle East are all censored. However, there are instances where censorship is considered necessary, or beneficial, for example the vetting of adverts that are shown to children, or of violence on television. This book explores the many facets of censorship in todayís society.
